6月6日周五上午，一艘满载集装箱的驳船Marco Polo 802在新加坡度假胜地圣淘沙岛的丹戎海滩搁浅。
新加坡新加坡海事和港口管理局（MPA）表示，他们启动了拖船，将驳船重新浮起并拖走，现在它已经被安全拖到一个锚地进行检查和调查。
没有人员受伤、财产损失或环境污染的报告，事故期间丹绒海滩对公众开放。
“早上发生的事件损坏了圣淘沙附近部分浮动的安全屏障。警方海岸护卫队（PCG）将评估损坏情况并进行必要的维修。PCG同时加强了该地区的巡逻。”MPA当天表示。
