ACE Aviation Services Ltd was established in 1996 as a Joint Venture between Aitken Spence Group of Sri Lanka and Bengal Airlift Group of Bangladesh. Spanned wing of Ace Aviation Myanmar Ltd. was established in 2020, and Aitken Spence Cargo (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. was established in 2023.
