ZCTS SHENZHEN CO., ltd (ZCTS SHENZHEN for short) ,founded in 2005, is the subsidiary of COMPLANT International Transportation Co., Ltd. (COMTRANS for short) and was merged into State Development and Investment Corporation (SDIC for short) with China National Complete Plant Import and Export Group Corporation Limited (COMPLANT for short) in April 2009. COMTRANS was the Transportation Department of China National Complete Plant Import & Export Corp.(COMPLANT) . Since 1959, it has been responsible for the organization and implementation of the material transportation of the Chinese government’s foreign economic and technical assistance projects, and undertakes the United Nations aid, foreign contracted projects, production technology cooperation and other non-trade import and export materials transportation, and enjoys a good reputation at home and abroad .
