EDI International Freight Management Pty Ltd (formerly EDI Customs Brokers Pty Ltd) is a wholly Australian owned independent international freight forwarder and customs clearance house. We were incorporated in Brisbane, Queensland in 1991 and operate from our own premises with a staff of 22 dedicated, mature and experienced professionals. We are fully versed in all aspects of inbound and outbound air or sea movements for all air, LCL, FCL, exhibition and project cargo. We can arrange inbound customs clearance and delivery, and therefore assist inbound DAP or DDP requests. We can assist with outbound movements from Australia to all destinations and offer our strongly negotiated outward shipping and air rates. We have specialist knowledge about local customs and quarantine advice and handle specialist cargo such as liquor and foodstuffs, agricultural industry cargo, motor vehicles and other machinery or even personal effects. Our head office is in Brisbane, however with the electronic environment and the right contractors we can assist with any Australia port of entry or exit. We handle local transport and specialist cartage requirements including container unpacking, storage, shrink-wrap, pick and pack and distribution under specific instruction. We can consolidate multiple shipments for export movements, or deconsolidate multiple inbound cargo including preserving and remitting promptly any freight collect amounts from Australian consignees. We actively pursue all sales leads and report on outcomes for mutual benefit. Overall we offer total logistics solutions.
