NEWTECH MEGA TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS formerly NEWTECH EQUIPMENT SPECIALISTS CO. INC. is now integrated with MAROVILL CONSOLIDATED RESOURCES CORP., being its original owner and mother company. It was organized and registered in January, 2006 to formalize the hauling activities of ORO VILLA CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT CORP. which eventually seized operations in 2006. The remaining assets of the construction company were converted into trucks and trailers to commence the trucking fleet. Initially, the clienteles are former co-contractors, heavy equipment agents, buyers and dealers. Since the latter part of 2006 and lasting until 2007, rampant buying by exporters of heavy equipment in the Philippines made a name for NEWTECH to be known in the entire Luzon Areas. Concurrently, Maxima Machineries, an authorized dealer of Komatsu Brand, tapped the exclusive services of NEWTECH for the delivery of brand new equipment to its clienteles all over Luzon and Visayan Regions. In the late 2008, NEWTECH also earned the trust and confidence of MONARK EQUIPMENT, an exclusive distributor of CATERPILLAR Brand, and became one of its heavy haulers since then. Simultaneously, ERICSSON TELECOMS contracted NEWTECH for their entire Luzon Projects during same year. NEWTECH auspiciously managed to position itself as one of the top 20 heavy haulers in the Philippines towards the end of 2008. The NEWTECH Trucks, with a signature color of orange and blue, signifies competitiveness and quality services of competent staff and crew, who devote time and effort to deliver the cargoes the cheaper, safer and quicker way at all times. As of today, NEWTECH manages to deliver tens of thousands of valuable equipment and cargoes as heavy as 90 tons, as long as 15.0 meters (50 feet), as wide as 6.0 meters (20 feet), and as high as 4.5 meters (14.0 feet), in all weather conditions. Our Company has just celebrated it’s 15th year in providing services in different aspects of transport logistics. But while we aspire to be one of the best service providers in the industry, we can't simply be contented with how far we've reached--- we need to aim higher..! So as we embark to tackle new challenges, the major stockholders of the Company decided to spin-off the operations by allowing the heavy haul operations to flourish on its own and simultaneously expand the services in tapping other related activities such regular trucking, forwarding & distribution, lifting, as well as handling and rigging of Industrial machinery. Below of these visions, the Company channel all efforts and dedication to usher in: increase the number of our transport logistics, employ modern transport methodologies and ideas, maintain competitive pricing within the Industry, improve or further develop the expertise of our personnel & crew, conduct and complete our commitments in much safer, faster and reliable delivery schedules at any given situations.
