The company you once knew as Chemical Design Company (CDC) is now called One Step Papers. CDC was founded in 1982, with the goal of providing materials and service possible to the textile transfer industry. On July 24, 2002, the name was changed to One Step Papers. This name change reflects the new direction of our company and highlights the One Step brand that helped build the quality reputation of Chemical Design Company. We are truly a brand new company with new ownership, a reorganized management team, exciting new products, and utilizing new domestic paper mills.
