Since the equipment is large-scale condensers, container loading requires professional expertise. Secondly, the customer hopes to save costs by loading the goods onto the bulk carrier they chartered. Additionally, they want to hide the upstream supplier resources through certain means.</p><p>Solutions: Provide a full-process EXWORK solution and prepare bill of lading documents according to customer requirements</p><p>Communicate with the port to handle the customer's bulk carrier agency business in advance, reducing the customer's transportation costs.</p><ul><li>Being familiar with the local shipper's equipment, provide professional container loading and lashing solutions.</li><li>According to the customer's requirements, issue an additional HBL (House Bill of Lading). However, since there is only one flight per week departing from Penang, and the flight capacities in the short term are already fully booked, it is difficult to meet the requirements of this shipment.</p><p>Solutions: Provide a solution of land transportation to Singapore and then shipping to the US via Singapore flights.</p><p>With relevant operational experience, we coordinated 6 tax-inclusive vehicles to arrange transportation to Singapore Airport the next day as soon as possible.</p><p>In accordance with the customer's requirements, we coordinated flights departing from Singapore and arranged the shipment in batches over 4 days.</p><p>We handled the entire process from land transportation pickup, customs declaration to air freight connection and delivery, reducing the customer's communication costs and time.</p>
