In the begening of May 2016, majority of the LLK Logistics USA Inc has taken by Compass International Investment Ltd and has changed brand name as Compass Logistics International Inc. After this stage LLK Lojistik A.S became independent Office in Turkey and has changed brand name as Compass Lojistic A.S under naming rights licensing agreement with Compass Int. Inv. Ltd.
