The unloading of the cargo of Wan Hai 503 is still ongoing under the close supervision of the professional team.



As of November 30, 2025, a total of 1,347 container numbers have been successfully unloaded, with 375 numbers remaining on board.


At present, the damaged cargo and wreckage are being discharged from holds No.2 and No.4. The cargo lifted needs to for the drainage of firefighting water, which takes some time. The cutting work of the damaged hatch cover also continues.


To date, about 10,29 tons of firefighting water has been discharged from the cargo holds. The drainage of firefighting water has become increasingly difficult due to a large amount of cargo residues blocking the, pipeline, or cargo hold opening, and it takes more time to resolve.


In view of the condition of the remaining containers on board, it is increasingly difficult identify individual containers during the unloading.
