New route launched by Mediterranean Shipping! Direct connection from Asia to Mozambique, first voyage from Singapore on November 3rd

Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) announced the launch of a new independent liner service, the “Cheetah”, offering a direct between Asia and Mozambique.
The new service will commence with the first sailing of the MSC SHEFFIELD III (voyage FH55A) from Singapore on November 3rd, 2025.
The new “Cheetah” service will provide the following benefits:
✔ Direct connection to the growing market in Mozambique with shorter transit times
✔ Reliable and flexible MSC independent liner service
✔ Expanded port coverage Mozambique
✔ Dedicated solutions for vehicles, electronics, textiles, and chemicals
The ports of call will be Singapore-Colombo-Be-Nacala-Singapore
This new service complements MSC’s existing network in the region, including:
• Oryx Direct service to Kenya and Tanzania
• Ingwe: Connection between the Indian Ocean and South Africa
