On January 9th, the cargo ship "Master Nasser" lost power and began to drift in the Ligurian Sea, approximately5 nautical miles from Viareggio, Italy. There have been no reports of injuries or pollution.


The "Master Nasser," which had departed from Spezia, Italy, and was heading to Durres, Albania, experienced a total power failure. This failure caused the ship to drift, and the crew promptly issued a alert.
