JCtrans Transaction Orders help freight forwarders establish trust with business partners. By verifying completed transactions, the platform helps companies build a transaction record that demonstrates their reliability, business volume, and capabilities. This record can help them win more business and access three transaction benefits.

Your Transaction Order count, transaction value, and credibility rating will appear in the Company Directory and on your company page. Completing more transactions improves these figures. This record can help you earn the trust of other freight forwarders, win more business, and negotiate payment terms.

The Company Directory will add sorting options based on Transaction Order count and credibility score. The platform will also introduce credibility and transaction leaderboards to give members with strong transaction records more visibility. When several companies submit quotes for an Inquiry, their quotes will be displayed in order of credibility score.

Members with high credibility scores, may use the Fast Track Claim service if a dispute leads to a claim. A senior Risk Management Expert will provide one-on-one support.
Rules: Rewards will be based on the “Top Trading Members” leaderboard as of December 31.
The 10 buyers and 10 sellers with the most orders will receive rewards in their respective categories.

Q1. Do I need to pay through the platform?
You can pay through JC Pay or by bank transfer outside the platform. We recommend JC Pay because transfers between members are free of charge. You will not need to upload payment documents afterward; you only need to provide the main shipment reference number, such as an ocean bill of lading number.
Q2. What business can I create a Transaction Order for?
You can create a Transaction Order for any transaction with a registered platform user, whether you are paying or receiving payment. All modes of transport are eligible.
Q3. How do I create a Transaction Order?
Go to the JCtrans dashboard. You can create a Transaction Order from either Inquiry Management or Order Management.
Q4. Why do I need to verify a transaction, and how do I do it?
Why do I need to verify a transaction, and how do I do it? To keep credibility data accurate and fair, the platform requires supporting information to verify that a transaction took place. If you pay through JC Pay, you only need to provide the main shipment reference number, such as an ocean bill of lading number. If you pay by bank transfer, you need to upload proof of payment and a shipping document, such as an ocean bill of lading. If your company name does not appear on the bill of lading, you must also upload an invoice.
Q5. Will my customer information be disclosed?
Only aggregate figures, such as transaction count and value, will be displayed. We will not disclose individual transaction details or customer information.
