IAESTE is a non-profit non-government institution that arranges paid course-related oversea internship on a reciprocal exchange basis so that in every participating country, IAESTE trainees are both entering and leaving for placements. In China, IAESTE is administered by the Council of International Training and Development (CITD), better known as IAESTE China, for cultural relations and educational opportunities, which builds engagement and trust for China through the exchange of knowledge and ideas between people worldwide.
