Recently, CMA CGM Group's subsidiary CEVA Logistics has officially completed the acquisition of 100% the shares of Borusan Tedarik Zinciri Çözümleri ve Teknoloji Şirketi, a leading Turkish firm under Ban Lojistik.
The $383 million transaction, which has received all regulatory approvals, marks CEVA Logistics' successful integration of Borus Tedarik's domestic logistics network, further consolidating its position in the Turkish market. The initial purchase agreement was announced on April 26, 2025
With the completion of the transaction, CEVA will now begin the process of integration and rebranding to further strengthen its position as a top third-party logistics company the domestic market in Turkey.
Turkey, as a key logistics hub connecting the Eurasian continent, has seen significant growth in recent years in the automotive manufacturing, equipment, and cross-border e-commerce sectors. With this acquisition, CEVA Logistics will expand its coverage in Turkey, enhancing its end-to-end supply chain capabilities in the automotive, industrial, energy, and other sectors.
Mathieu Friedberg, CEO of CEVA Logistics, said: "The Turkish economy and its logistics market are dynamic, combined with the country's strategic location on the India-Middle East-Europe corridor, opens up broad opportunities for our new scale and extensive logistics solutions and with the merger of our operations, Turkey is now CEVA's third-largest revenue country."
