Our History Taiyou was a small workshop in 2009,and started with standard components and simple wire cuttings services, now we’ve grown up to a fully armed factory with all the state-of-the-art fabrication facilities, complex and precision die mold parts, even complete cavity machining are becoming our major jobs. Our Factory Taiyou is good at manufacturing of complex custom components for mold and die industries, such as mold cavity inserts, cores pins, slides, wear plates, die blanks, punches and dies, die inserts, as well as precision parts for gauges, jig, fixtures and other precision tooling or machinery. The technical involves are Wire EDM cutting, CNC machining milling, CNC lathe, cylinder and surface grinding. Capabilities include custom parts with diameters ranging from 0.2 to 220 mm and tolerances down to 0.002mm, lengths up to 600mm, surface finishes as best as Ra0.2.
