The customer exclusively entrusted Huifeng International Group to undertake a series of services such as cargo consolidation, warehousing, logistics, customs declaration, and ground handling. The shipment was planned to be transported via two freight charter flights: one being a B747 full-cargo aircraft and the other a B777-300 passenger-to-cargo converted aircraft.</span>To fully ensure the on-time departure of this batch of supplies and facilitate the rapid export of anti-epidemic materials, Huifeng International Group mobilized key personnel from various departments across the group to form a project team. The team developed a high-quality dedicated plan and opened an exclusive green channel specifically for this shipment. Staff from the warehouse and airport departments worked overnight to provide high-standard, specialized services for the fast shipment of the goods, fully supporting processes such as airport formalities handling, cargo counting, weighing and security inspection, palletizing, and loading. <p>On the afternoon of December 2, 2019, the customer's shipping instruction was received. Huifeng International was entrusted to pick up 28 pieces of oversized cargo (with a total weight of 290 tons) from the Xiangtan factory on December 6. Among the cargo, 8 pieces had a maximum single-piece gross weight of 26 tons. The cargo was to be shipped by sea to the customer's factory in Laem Chabang, Thailand, and was planned to be loaded into 16 containers in total, including 8 small flat rack containers, 4 large open-top containers, and 4 high cube containers.</p><p>Due to the limited container unpacking capacity of the customer's factory in Laem Chabang, Thailand, it was decided to ship the cargo in two batches to avoid incurring additional costs.</p><p>During the operation of this shipment, the team of Huifeng International rose to challenges and made well-organized plans. The Domestic Logistics Department of Huifeng International urgently deployed cargo pickup vehicles, while the Operations Department of Huifeng International coordinated with the shipping company in an orderly manner and prepared all documents required for export customs declaration and Thai customs clearance.
