Successful Export of Heavy-Lift & Project Cargo via Lvshun Port: Precision Logistics & Flawless Exec

1. Project Background & Requirements

Our team recently handled the export of an ultra-heavy project cargo-industrial machinery components-departing from our operated Lvshun Port in Dalian to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Given the extreme weight, over-dimensional size, and high precision required for handling, the project demanded rigorous engineering calculations, custom rigging plans, and strict port safety compliance.

2. Logistics Solution & Execution

Tailored Heavy-Lift Operations: Utilizing specialized heavy-lift vessel cranes and heavy-duty port equipment, our technical team executed a synchronized tandem lift to safely maneuver the cargo from the berth onto the ship's deck/hold.

Professional Stowage & Lashing: To counter ocean movement and prevent shifting during transit, customized wooden dunnage, high-tensile steel chains, and heavy-duty wire ropes were applied under the supervision of a certified marine surveyor.

Integrated Port-Side Support: Leveraging our deep operational capabilities at Lvshun Port, we provided streamlined shore-to-ship logistics, including dedicated heavy-haul truck staging, immediate berthing priority, and real-time cargo inspection.

3. Project Highlights

Zero-Damage & On-Time Shipping: The entire loading and securing process at Lvshun Port was completed ahead of schedule with zero safety incidents, ensuring the vessel departed on time.

Customs & Documentation Efficiency: Pre-cleared export documentation and smooth coordination with local port authorities guaranteed seamless operational flow from gate to vessel.
